Gang Member Sentenced to 23 Years+ in New Year's Eve Shooting

Twenty-three year old Anthony Dion Blake was found guilty of the shooting death of Terron Moton at a New Years Eve party on January 1, 2011 at the Edward Brother’s Hall located at 1402 1st Avenue in the City of Middletown. The jury deliberated just under 2 hours before finding the Defendant guilty as charged of Murder with a Firearm Specification and Having Weapons While Under Disability. Immediately following the jury verdict, the Defendant was sentenced by Judge Andrew Nastoff to a prison term of 23 years to Life.

Prosecutor Gmoser stated “This case goes a long way toward showing that no neighborhood will be a sanctuary for thuggery, murder and witness intimidation”.
